We are currently only shipping product to the US and Canada. Please contact us if you are interested in our product outside North America.
Orders will be shipped via Priority Mail, or UPS or other shipping means selected at checkout or at our discretion. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of placement. If a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified and may choose to have the item remain on back order until fulfilled or cancel the order. The shipping charge will be displayed at the time of check-out and on the invoice.
Upon receipt of your order, please verify the packages are in good condition, unopened and undamaged by the shipper. Open the package and inspect all contents. If you received damaged product, please notify us immediately by phone (top of our website) or by email (email@example.com). Also, notify the shipper immediately. The shipper may request to see the condition of the package as delivered.

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, you may return it for a refund. We also offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong product.
Please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order, so that we can expedite your request.
All returns will require RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). To obtain a RMA # you can call or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org). In your email please include the following;
- Proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt, invoice, credit card statement).
- Description of problem
- Model number
- Contact information: name, return shipping address, phone number, and e-mail address.
Senders are responsible for the shipping costs and insuring the returned package against damage and loss.
Upon receipt of the returned material, in good condition, a credit or exchange will be issued.
All our batteries are warrantied to be free from defect in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace any battery that fails to perform as specified within two years of purchase. The Warranty period begins from the date of purchase with original receipt, or, if no receipt is available, from Manufacturer’s shipping date as stated on the battery. The customer is responsible for any cost associated with returning the defective battery. Warranty returns will require RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) as described above.
Batteries determined to meet the conditions of the warranty will be replaced free of charge. This warranty shall not apply if the battery has been subject to misuse, negligence or accidental damage.
